Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
The Media Creation Tool only offers Windows 10 Home or Pro, which cannot be activated by a Windows 10 Education Key. It seems you have a modified copy of Windows 10 Education install media which is restricted to Work/School account.
You could download a standard image of Windows 10 Education from the Microsoft Academic downloads page, create a bootable copy, then use that.
Download Windows 10 Education ISO files
If you attend a college or university, your institution might provide you with the Education edition of Windows 10. If you are only provided with a license (product key), you can download the .ISO file from the Microsoft Download Academic Products website.
Go to the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/vlacademicISO
Scroll down then enter your Windows 10 Education product key, then click verify
