I was struggling to find any driver Win 10 or earlier and then stumbled on this on the Bluedio Community page:
Generally, To enter pairing mode: when your headset is off, press and hold the MF button until you hear "pairing", and you will see the Blue light stays on.
PS: During this process, you will hear "power on", but do not release the MF button, just keep pressing it until you hear "pairing". Then turn on the Bluetooth feature of your mobile phone and search this device.
So my mistake and my apologies for not better understanding how to pair Bluetooth devices.
