The NRAAS Woohooer breaks most all the barriers for woohooing in the game.  You can set the % chance of getting pregnant, and even jealousy levels.  It also lets you sleep with friends or even strangers, for which you can get special moodlets after “doing it” which I won’t spoil,   It also creates this special options, such as “risky woohoo” and “cyber woohoo” (depending on your age and traits, the resulting moodlets will vary).

Playing with the options, it also allows you to turn on or off the ability to have romantic relationships between teens and adults, family   marriage between teens, and same sex pregnancies.  (I’ve personally turned off family relationships and same sex pregnancies to keep it more realistic, as well as the fact that the former kind of creeps me out.  But if I remember right, luckily the incest thing is turned off by default.)

Teens can also get married if one get pregnant.  Be careful though. If a teen (or anyone) gets pregnant through risky woohoo, you won’t know right away, as the baby music will not play.  You won’t know until the next day when the mother begins to feel sick so I highly recommend saving the game right before doing it.  Also, teens will get maternity leave from their part-time jobs, but that’s it.   They still have a curfew and cannot be out alone after it, even if the baby is coming, and they still are required to go to school.

There are also options for animals if you have the Pets expansion as well.
