Optiview VMS 2018 Software
The free Optiview Video Management Software (VMS) was released in July 2018 and is capable of viewing up to 256 devices at once. Users can view cameras live from anywhere in the world, perform video playback, use smart search, get notifications, and much more.

All your favorite features from past versions are still available (Smart Search, Multi-Site viewing, etc.) The Optiview VMS will also manage up to 256 devices (cameras + recorders). The Optiview VMS 2018 supports IP/Megapixel cameras as well as all recorders sold by Optiview. Another aspect of this powerful system is the fact that the 64-channel preview screens can be opened in up to 4 windows for live viewing up to 256 channels at the same time. While all cameras will record on their local recorders, the VMS allows for up to 16 channels to record locally on the home or work PC. 36 channels can be chosen for playback in increments of 24 hour periods.
